Safe Gardens Counseling helps make a difference in the lives of our clients. Services are focused on helping individuals overcome challenges related to traumatic events, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, career issues, grief, and other life stressors.
Lainy Peralta is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
She previously served in the U.S. Army for 14 years, during which time she discovered a strong desire to help others and decided to pursue a Master’s of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling.
As a counselor, Lainy believes that her experiences in the military and as a mother have helped her to understand and master the ability to attentively listen and work together with her clients to improve outcomes. Her top priority is her client’s well-being and future success in overcoming barriers.
Safe Gardens Counseling provides one-on-one sessions with clients 5 years of age and older, in office or via telehealth. Sessions are structured to help our clients learn techniques to overcome every day challenges and struggles. For Ages 5 – 17, caregivers and families may participate in some sessions.
